Melanie’s value as an agent was, however, more than just being local.  She had an uncanny ability to find a solution for any issue that came up and consistently give me a balanced view.  A problem arose just before closing, and Melanie went into action pulling together estimates, getting the repair done, guiding us through a tumultuous period, and ultimately closed the sale.  She’s incredibly responsive and there when you need her.  Melanie gets high marks for her “can do” attitude, while being mindful of doing the “right thing” for her clients.  Needless to say, she is highly recommended whether you are a buyer or seller.
