Melanie helped us find our dream home in Moraga and we couldn’t be happier! She has lived and worked in the area for about 30 years and is incredibly knowledgeable about each area. With her knowledge, we got the first house we put an offer down on!

My husband and I didn’t know much about the area or really what community we wanted to live in so she drove us around each neighborhood to show us houses and talk about communities (I work in SF). Her insight empowered us to be picky yet aggressive when we needed/wanted to be. We felt very confident putting an offer down at her suggested offer price and got the first house house we wanted!
