For the selling process, Melanie was diligent, did the necessary open houses, did many private tours of the house, did follow-up with buyer’s agents, etc. The market turned sluggish when our house was listed, but Melanie stayed the course and offered advice and counsel along the way. She was a calming force and did not get rattled. She kept the faith and was confident that the house would sell and it did. Melanie was absolutely wonderful to work with as we bought our first home. She spent time getting to know us, our family, and how we wanted to live when we moved from SF to East Bay. She helped us get familiar with each different neighborhood, the school districts, etc – spending many hours driving around the area and pointing out what is unique about each area.
